Drivers

What can drivers do about road resilience?

If you drive anywhere at all, you know firsthand the situation with our City, State, County and Federal roads. One major industry association gave American roads a D-grade. And, that’s without the impact of major climate shifts or other big stresses on our highways and streets. There’s a real financial cost to driving our cars over rough roads and a risk to our safety for driving on roads that are in disrepair. Then there’s the question of how your tax dollars are being used for our roadways. If you want to drive smoother, be safer and ensure that your government is spending smart on our roads, learn more and get vocal.

1. Understand the cost to drivers of ignoring road resilience.

2. Find out what your representative is doing to help drivers like you.
